Thank You For Signing Up To Beat Boredom And Stress

Welcome. Great to see you here. Thank you so much for subscribing to the coloringdiary.com email list about beating boredom and stress and finding peace, relaxation and focus. I hope you will find plenty of things to keep you occupied, busy, focused and relaxed on this list.

As promised, you will get an email sent to your inbox, with a download to Beat Boredom and Stress, with coloring and puzzles for adults (and one for the kids, in case they get jealous)!

And that’s just the beginning. As a subscriber, you will get emails every few days with ideas and tips to keep boredom and stress at bay, including suggestions for activities, new kinds of puzzles that you may not have tried before and different kinds of coloring pages, including some with affirmations, quotes and workbook pages.

I started coloringdiary.com because I loved the idea of having a perpetual (undated) diary I could carry with me for reminding me of business and personal appointments and that also stopped me being bored while sitting waiting or traveling and thought that others might like this too.

I have a number of puzzle and coloring books available for overcoming boredom and stress and also workbooks on sleep and happiness. The biggest diary is a 3 year memories diary and that includes coloring pictures and puzzles for every week.
